A stunning cherry red hue to the wine. There are tantelising notes of cumin spice, dark cherries, smokey cloves, cayenne and dark chocolate on the nose. The entry on the palate is smooth with a fire tannin and a fruit forward finish.

Other	Specially selected blocks from the Polkadraai hills were used to craft this blend. The Syrah comes from a 21-year-old South-West facing vineyard comprised of decomposed granite. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a 6-year-old vineyard which brings a fresh acidity and refined tannin to the wine. The components were whole-berry fermented and aged separately in barrel, prior to bottling.
